I kind of like the style, it feels like my style, but I would start thinking to buy something here only with a 70% sale, no less. It is just too expansive for what it offers. I like buying this kind of item sometimes, but I can order better in Italy and spend less.

Great clothes, superb range, always pays to keep an eye out for sale items for best value. Typically the clothes will outlast the cheaper chain stores. Would of easily spent considerably more, but Matthew the store clerk was very rude, unwelcoming, belittled other customers complaints whilst we were instore, and then made a comment regarding my pay bracket due to my high AfterPay limit - is that any of his business? We will try the DressMart store next time, this Westfield Riccarton store was the most unprofessional YD store we have ever set foot in. No attempt to upsell, no offer of help or assistance, and then to make personal comments just made me want to ensure I left a review to share my experience. Go elsewhere.

My husband was trying some shirts on but the sales person he said the products are very expensive and we should not touch it unless we want to buy it!! Also when questioned he said if we don't like how he is speaking with us we can leave the shop..unbelievable is this how you treat your customers??

I came here awhile ago with my husband and the young indian lady was very friendly at first, for us we were just wanting to browse the sale but realized it was way too expensive, more overpriced actually.. we'd bought a jacket from there awhile before and it didnt even last 2 months... regardless hoping that the sale price would be better suited to it's quality sadly it wasn't anywhere near that.. still in the 100s and because we were about to walk away the young lady became very pushy and almost became possessive with her words to try and make us stay and look through more even when we told her we weren't interested anymore and that we might come another day if we saved up more she became offended and became very cold and rude with her words and actions.. i dont know, maybe she was having a bad day but i didn't think it was necessary to make us feel guilty for not having enough money to purchase their clothes.. we know already we were tight financially at the time and we were not proud or happy about it... you didn't have to make us feel more aware of that...
