Awful experience, rung and made a booking for 8:30pm staff said that would be no problem as they close at 11pm. When we arrived the staff waited until after we had paid to tell us that they were closing early and we had to be quick. They hovered around us the whole time we bowled hurrying us up. If they wanted to be lazy and go home early they should have told us before we paid as we would have simply rebooked. Shame on you zone bowling.

Booked in for a set time and the people before us went over time by over 10mins. Not sure what can be done about that? Great fun otherwise and very busy adding to the atmosphere.

I will admit that actually getting to spend time having fun was great when I did get through the next day to book a lane, but trying to get through their phone system to be continually told by an answer phone message that they were busy. Really? From 8:30 pm until just before 10pm on a Wednesday night you were busy with calls? It's not the first time either. And then to also find out that after selling glass and plastic bottles of drink you just throw them in the rubbish bin and don't recycle them. What happened to the clean green image of NZ? Come on Zone bowling, where's the customer service that you promote. Tidy it up please. It doesn't take much or long to switch the phones over and to have recycle bins in your centers

Staff were really accommodating fun and friendly, had great fun especially the laser tag! The music was cool, having timezone there was handy. All round great night out.

Decent place for hanging out with friends. Bowling experience was OK, except for occasional malfunction of lanes. Rest, the ambience was good!

Great bowling alley, lazer strike, and arcade. Food and drink available. Cool app system where you can request music to play.
