Terrible housing trust. I have many friends that are housed with Otautahi and they all say the same thing. I have seen myself landlords go into peoples property, harrasssing tenants and they claim to have their tenants as their number one priority what a joke. I guess all the bad press you guys are getting in the papers ATM is really catching up to you. RE: In response to your reply with your suggestion to call and sort out the problem I and my friends have all called your offices hundreds of times over the last year and you constantly refuse to sort the issue and just hang up. Maybe some posting of the stills of video's i have received would help you realize importance of situation

xero star. Not interested in complaints. Dont act or respond. Disgusting attitudes from staff. This trust including BOT or anyone involved in it needs reassessed and monitored or better still shut down because they are useless. This place doesnt care about people either and are not interested in doing their jobs. Management are no better. No wonder you get bad reviews and write ups. Its all true

Landlord fails to address anti-social behaviour, false allegations, and intimidation. (Mental Health issues of tenants is not an excuse) Landlord has taken retaliatory action for (my) application to the Tenancy Tribunal to hold them to account for not meeting their obligations

Zero rating. Extremely poor housing managers. OCHT staff ignore anti social behaviour, refuse to accept and/or act on complaints. OCHT staff publicly support absuive bullies and blame the victims. OCHT staff are cruelly indifferent to the welfare of nearly all tenants. The Press, Stuff and Star articles are all definitely true. Response to OCHT answer, yes OCHT is bond by the Tenancy Act. However OCHT do not follow the law. Communication with OCHT staff is a frustrating waste of time. Zero rating for OCHT.

Why do you not respect the elderly being abused by other tenant's. Tenancy tribunal will not be impressed Eg. Sydenham

Never attempt to recieve housing from these so called "professionals". Could not recommend to stay away enough. If you have any issues they are biast in favour of other tenants aswell as if you call to make a complaint they will play childish games over the phone "oh that person isn't in office today we'll call you back" next day still no call and so on and so on. Have been trying to get tenancy manager to sort problems with neighbours for 8 months and he has just continued to enable the issue while somehow blaming me the victim. Would give -0 stars is possible
