Good they are limiting customers in building. Would be better having someone at door rather someone busy on their personal phone checking facebook...they could be wiping down benches that customers use instead.

Terrible customer service, very blunt and unfriendly. Made me feel like I was in the wrong. Very hard to deal with, after my third time coming back they kept coming up with more things I need before they can re issue me my lost license. Waste of time. Will be going to the other Hamilton AA next time.

Did not pass eye test, came back later with eye certificate. On the que, there was a man who work there came and said will pass on for it. Wait for two months tried to ring NZTA no one ever pick up phone. Email them they said never get my eyes certificate. They want to know which day I drop. I can not remember bec never thought this will happend to my life. Went back to space saver Chartwell ask them for a new copy after they have a final decision that I have to bring a another new eye test paper. I could not work for 3 months lost so much income bec someone did not work properly. Don't go there. Disguesting both AA 5 cross road and NZTA.

Awful! Travelled here years ago to sit my restricted and had the grumpiest old man fail me before leaving the car park for something that didn't even happen! Clearly just couldn't be bothered doing his job. When i complained to the company about this and him, he lied about me! Making up a scenario that I tried to take off with him in the car after I "failed" (for something that didn't even happen!) When the keys were not even in the ignition! Went to a different centre and passed being told I had "very tidy driving". Then went to renew my license and was refused as told I had bad eyesight. Went to the doctors who confirmed I did not. Will not go to this centre again.
