Top service - really friendly. Made our Otago Central Rail Trail trip super smooth and easy. We used their free itinerary planning service and were very happy with the accommodations and bike rental. They kept everything within our modest budget.

Wow Great staff ,Kara, Matthew and English girl ( oops forgot name) that drove us to start point.All a credit to the business . I on a normal bike and my wife on Ebike made it a great pleasure to be together. Also great information and history on the way not to be missed.Huge thanks.More of the trail to do ,we will be back.

Excellent service, these guys went out of their way to help one if our girls who fell off her bike before we started. They got her to the doctor and then transported her to the next stop. Couldn't have been more helpful. Thankyou very much.

Very comprehensive bike trail organisation with everything running like clockwork. Great hotels booked for us and my car transferred to the end. Met some really nice people along the way and had a great. 3 days. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very competitive price too

These guys are amazing. They went out of their way to help me, including fitting me out in an ebike mid-trip, making an extra trip to bring me my bag, and even dropping me off when I was at the wrong bus stop and would have missed my bus. I cannot recommend them enough.
