Daily Usage

This is the worst shop one can ever go to for a repair. The customer service is terrible, repairer/technician is rude straight to your face at all the time. No notes will be taken when you are trying to get your device repaired. Later they will lie that they have contacted you when they didn't. unreasonable follow ups for the work they are getting paid to do. Endless rudeness and worst customer repair center ever in Wellington. If anyone is thinking of using this service center should think to go for somewhere else for repair than here.

I've been unfortunate to have to deal with this company multiple times because they are the Samsung repair agent in Wellington. They're extremely rude to deal with. They overcharge for work and don't listen to any concerns that are raised. I would never ever use them if it weren't for the fact they are the only ones who do Samsung repairs in Wellington. I've rung Samsung to complain multiple times but I've had enough now. I basically won't buy Samsung appliances again because of them. We had to replace the dryer in the end because after them trying to fix it over and over again it was in fixable which I'd tried to tell them from the start so we've gone back to fisher and paykel because they employ there own service team. They lie about whats been said send multiple invoices differnt to the quote and also still charge the time quoted even if it takes them a quarter of the time or don't even do some of the work quoted. Stay well away from these guys. I'd give them a zero if i could a one is generous. They're crooks.

Had one of your guys come into my house to fix the samsung dryer, when he had finished he took my partners cash (notes) out of the washing machine and left. I messaged him to return it. He completely denied taking it. He was the only one in the house at the time. You could obviously see the money through the frontloader as the cycle had just finished. Initially appalling service. This was my pre edited review: After six weeks of waiting for our microwave repair, coastal electronics tried to tell me panasonic took three weeks to deliver a light bulb. I rang panasonic and was told that this is a standard stock item and it had been dispatched the day before. ie the day I rang and queried what was happening. I asked for a discount due to their lack of service and the said they would not repair it until they had agreement from management who of course now are continually unavailable. Never again will I use this company. Since then they have bent over backwards to get the microwave fixed quickly and have not charged me for parts or service. This was really appreciated.
