This is an excellent place for new riders of all ages. Being a new rider I have felt very safe at all times. The horses are well trained and well behaved with beautiful temperaments for learning. Grahame & Linda are very welcoming, patient, and have been incredibly flexible with my shift work schedule. They also treat their horses with care and respect. Am really loving my experience here, wouldn't go anywhere else. If you're a newbie rider wanting to learn - this is the place to come!

Auckland equestrian centre is a breeding ground of pure excellence. The outstanding service that the school provides is amazing. The new arena is Olympic standard and the pony’s are extremely friendly and well trained. My mother is loving the experience and can’t get enough!
Sometimes the staff could be really nice, other times, not so much. At times I felt like I wasn't good enough and I was always getting yelled at for not doing this or that properly, even though it was my first time being there and I didn't have any experience with horses at all. Expensive coming from an experience like that, I wouldn't really say it's worth your money.
Tried to find out about their facilities and what they offer. Graham was so aggressive on the phone that it put me off sending my child who is nervous around animals so I decided not to proceed. I told him why I was not going to proceed, that his approach was really aggressive, and he just said okay thanks and ended the call. Not the place for me,
My daughter has ridden here for over 7 years and loves every minute of it. We tried the pony clubs, but didn't, and couldn't, own a horse. She started as a passionate novice and is now a great rider that's to Graham and the team. Thank you!
Amazing horses to learn on and a great learning environment for all ages. Auckland equestrian offers a chance for so many people to learn to ride, and experience the magic of building a bond with a horse.
