Nicole is amazing at what she does and very knowledgable. I have been seeing Cromwell Osteopathy for the past 6 months for an ankle injury and at every visit Nicole has been professional and positive in her approach. The exercises she gave me have strengthened the area and allowed me to resume my normal daily activities. I highly recommend Nicole and wouldn't go anywhere else!
Nicole is an excellent practitioner with a thorough knowledge and understanding of her field. I presented with a lumbar disc bulge, which was causing severe pain and limiting my mobility. The regular sessions and additional treatment, suggested by Nicole, has me back up and running and ready to return to work. Her detailed and accurate assessment of my condition, was noted by the consultant surgeon as being most useful. He was also impressed by my recovery due largely to Nicole’s treatment and programme. Nicole has been key to resolving my ongoing issues with my right leg. I had been sent to various specialists by my GP to try to understand what was stopping me moving freely. Early 2015 I had a hip x-ray, I was told the x-ray showed the joint was worn and there was arthritis present. I was told that I would have to live with it, I challenged my GP around the fact that the symptoms did not come on gradually, then I was sent to a sports medicine specialist, who told me my hip joint was very worn and a replacement joint would not make much of a difference, he gave me some exercises and sent me on my way. By the middle of 2017 I could hardly walk, I had severe knee pain, my right leg was wasting to the point I could barely support myself on the leg. I engaged with Nicole to find the cause of the problem, after a few consultations she was pretty confident that the issues were coming from my hip joint. She sent me to my GP to request a new hip x-ray, when she received a copy of the x-ray she digitally mapped the hip angles and then wrote a letter to my GP. My GP then arranged an appointment with the specialist, Nicole also wrote to the specialist, who then after a 5 minute consultation arranged for a complete hip replacement. I am now 3 months into my rehab, I was pretty much pain free straight after the operation and am slowly rebuilding the strength in my leg. Nicole's approach to understand what was causing the issue and not just treat the symptoms is the main reason I am recovering my mobility. Nicole drove the process and I couldn't be happier with the outcome and am now looking forward to another 20 years of mobility.
