Has all the essentials that you vould need in a well thought out shop. Great friendly staff and a knowledgeable trade team. If they don't have it, they can certainly get it for you.

So much for "Beat by 15%" Asked to price match an item first lady said yes then passed us over to what I think was the floor manager. She said that they couldn't as the store we were matching with (yes it was an NZ owned store) was further than 15kms away. We have price matched before with Mitre 10 and have never had an issue, she said there's usually a sign on the door saying that however there was no sign and she couldn't point it out to us. We then called another manager at a different Mitre 10 store to see if this was true and he said that no they should beat the price, we went back in and told the lady and after a phone call said they would match the price but not beat it. Nowhere online or in store said anything about the match needing to be within 15kms from the store and she couldn't point it out either. No sence of customer service at all we are extremely disappointed with how this matter was handled.
