My 8 year old cat was returned to me in excellent condition. She had been treated with affection and care. I will have no qualms booking her in to Ripponvale Pet Retreat again. Many thanks to all the wonderful staff.

Ripponvale Pet Retreat looked after Sita very well. He had a bath and was clean and happy when i picked him up.
We put our dogs in their doggie daycare while we went away for the day. The dogs were fine and would have enjoyed their run around with the other dogs. I found the people friendly when dropping in the dogs and picking them up.
First time at this place very good care taken and cass was very chilled and looked happy on pick up thank you.
Poor hygiene, staff not interested in knowing my dog routine, refused to feed my dog. When picking her up, she smelled, scared, shaking and cried. Not going back there again. Staff mentioned that they are not doing active activities there and it's very contrast what they have advertised on their website. It's very disappointing.
Our Dog Eddie went for 2 days doggy day care during our holiday in Central Otago. He's an anxious dog around dogs he doesn't know. By the end of two days of action packed fun he was a different dog,more confident and calm. He had exceptional care.I wish we lived in Cromwell,I would have booked him in for more doggy retreats.Thank you for taking care of him while we did fun holiday activities of our own.
