Good as gold! Top bloke to rent your board and wet-suit and have a good time in the waters! He also does lessons, but we just came to take a gamble with the Hector Dolphins and hired some body boards and wet-suits. Luck shined on us that day, we got a long paddling/swimming sessions with the Hector Dolphins :D The memories made that day will stay with me (: Thanks again mate, for the excellent service!!

We went for a board-hire, we had a wet suite with us. After asking for a non-soft-top-board, he promised to prepare a proper board. Down at the beach - him not being there, doing his surf lessons further away - he only layed out exactly what we asked not to get. Talking to him next day, he only showed little interest in our feedback but only claimed to have given us a proper board. Maybe nice for first time surf lesson but definitly not more. We were dissapointed.

I felt Nick's instruction was great. He was really helpful, involved and encouraging. .I've taken a beginner lesson in Australia as well, but felt Nick's was superior in his teaching style, and I've also rented a board from him before. A great business in a great location.

I booked a 2 hour surf lesson, with wetsuit and board included, for 60 pp. We had so much fun learning and seeing the Hector dolphins interact with us! Ross was a great volunteer instructor for Nick and was a very patient teacher. The only negative was Nick telling Ross to bring us out after an hour in the water. I paid for 2 hours, and didn't appreciate having to debate that with Ross mid lesson. I understand most people are tired and done after an hour, but that's up to the customer, not Nick, if the deal was for 2 hours.

Great place to learn surf or rent material. Nick is an awesome teacher. If you want to book a lesson just write your name on the window.

Learning to surf with Nick in Curio Bay was the most incredible experience! Got up on first try! Nick is a great instructor! Accommodations at backpackers was excellent ...cosy and small, felt right at home! Definitely a must do!

Why go swimming with dolphins when you can surf with them? ;-) There are not enough stars to rate this experience and most helpful instructor.

Nick est super sympa et vous indique à quelle heure et endroit surfer pour avoir les meilleures conditions. Super Matos. Je recommande vivement. En plus vous aurez peut être la chance de voir des dauphins venir vous dire bonjour.
