This vets is great we took our kitten here as our kitten got poisoned and they took great care of her the vet even took her home over night and looked after her 110% care and love from this vets at a great price to match thank you so much for all you done for us we really appreciate it will definitely bring our animals back here . We had our kitten spayed at Dairy Flat Veterinary Clinic. She has been at home all the time and wearing a cone; but nevertheless, the incision area got infectious and swollen. We asked the Dairy Flat Veterinary Clinic to make us an appointment to take her and ask what to do. But to our surprise they said that she needs another surgery, and we’ll need to pay for the whole thing again. This made us lose our confidence in them and asked to take our kitten to another vet. But they then insisted on us paying a consulting fee of 56! When we asked if this is not part of the routine post-surgery process they said “no, that’s the case where the cat doesn’t show any complications”. We insisted on not paying this fee, but they didn’t return the kitten to us until we paid the full amount!! To me this looked like taking our cat hostage to be honest. We took the cat to a reputable vet clinic and they told us that she doesn’t need another surgery, just some antibiotics and anti-inflammatory which she took and is happy and healthy now.
We cannot thank Goran and his team enough .. so caring .. so responsive .. our beloved old feral goat Marley is alive and well thanks to this awesome clinic . We are so grateful and cannot thank you all enough .. HVALA ..
