Sue at the tip has a difficult job dealing with those who are ignorant of recycling and argue over tip fees. She has to tell tippers that the polystyrene in their trailer must be taken out. As must other items that are not allowable. Tippers do not often take this injunction politely. But Sue is firm AND she cares about recycling AND she works hard on the grounds . All those flowers? That's Sue's work. Give her some credit for a difficult job fairly done. I like her.

Woman in the kiosk needs a sever talking to. Her 'customer service' is null and void. Even other Station employees comment on her utter rudeness. She needs to either control or tone or retire...that simple. We will be driving further to other station locations and this is entirely because of her and her attitude. She is a let down to the business.

Needs to be open longer during the week. Something the council should really look at other wise people will take their money and rubbish to Masterton. Sort it out council.

The lady at the office needs some lessons in manners, if she doesn't want to be there she should move on .

Someone needs to recycle that woman's bad attitude in the tip. Loved her garden though.

I love the Carteron tip. Very efficient. What I object to is that the "open days" are now written in Maori only. Sorry not acceptable the common language in N Z is English!

I go weekly to the tip in Carterton. The folk who work there are great and costs very fair. I always get asked if I need a hand to unload which I appreciate. It is never smelly, smelly due to constant clearing and work by the staff and I'm very glad to have somewhere handy where I can take my rubbish and keep my place tidy.

The woman at the kiosk is always rude. Her mannerism could do with a tune up.
