I am currently waiting for my car to be fixed. I took my car in on Friday and unfortunately its not going to be ready until Wednesday!! Due to wrong parts and I'd have to say some is because of having problems in the ports getting the the right parts. It's been a tough time for all. For me I didn't get a call until 4pm on Friday afternoon and I had called at 2pm and wasn't told anything about the part. I am currently using crutches while I'm waiting for back surgery. I did not get offered any service like car to use for such problems. They have 2. I have already paid the account. That was done 3 days before my car went in so these kinks might of been handled better. I won't ever use them again. I'm sure the actual work once its done will be up to standard. For me it's treat me how you would like your wife or daughter treated. Cheers.

Out of town and needed a WOF only. They were competent, generous and even though I was only paying a small amount it made no difference to their service. They smiled at their customers, I felt welcomed. They referred me to their colleagues next door for a failed tire (bulging) who they have an excellent professional relationship with. 10/10

Had to get a oil change, faster than asap. Had oil, and just brought a filter from them. Through no fault of there's it was a sock type, with a special tool needed, equal to a 90mm socket... as if I had 1. They had me booked in and job done 24hrs later, for oil change with my filer and oil.... 50... including a new drain plug... 60,000 kms since last change, and I was out in half an hour. This was on a wet day and it was insisted I bring a large wet dog into the waiting area, WET!!!!!! Couldn't recommend them high enough... 10. Stars if I could. Thanks guys, again...

I've had to deal with Marcels quite alot recently. They have been easy to deal with and incredibly helpful. My car was towed in January about 5 days after owning it and they went out of their way to contact the dealership I bought it off and sort out my car for me. Could not recommend them enough to anybody. Amazing service!
