These guys are fantastic - a warm atmosphere, great conversations and the service is amazing. Right from booking the appointment, walking in to the salon, to the finished product (performed by Holly, who absolutely killed it, her work is unreal), I felt confidently at ease. These guys are Artists! Highly recommend.
Always SOOO welcoming and a great team of hairdressers
I had several people tell me how great this place is, so I booked in, even though it was more than I wanted to pay. At my appointment the hairdresser told me multiple times that she did not want to be there. I was charged for a full restyle and barely got a trim. When I discovered I still had split ends, I went back and found the man on reception quite sassy, but was booked for the hairdresser to have a look. On that day the hairdresser was extremely rude and condescending. The lady on reception that day was extremely lovely. I was still not happy with the results and had to go and get a haircut again a lot sooner than I normally would have. I will never go back.
My hair stylist at Art on St Andrew is awesome, she understands my hair type (thick and strong/frizzy) Esta cuts and styles my hair just perfect. What a difference in my hair, I love it. Thanks Art on St Andrew your stylists are just amazing.
Moved to Dunedin about 18 months ago, and have struggled to find a hairdresser that understood my requirements and followed through on my requests. Finally found Aart on Saint Andrew and have been super impressed. Haircuts that are easy to maintain myself, and my colour is exactly what I asked for - and they are cheaper than where I use to go. Would definitely recommend.
