I ordered a single red rose online from the UK, which was straightforward and easy. There was great communication, with emails updating me on my order and even letting me know when my rose had been delivered. The rose itself was perfect, and came with some gorgeous foliage, it was better than I imagined. Great service, beautiful bouquet, highly recommended.

Outstanding customer service. My brother in Oamaru accidentally ordered flowers here by mistake, and yet they fully refunded him when it was explained. Not many companies would do that. I will certainly be spreading the word
Amazing service. I rang at 12 o’clock and flowers were delivered to my mum with-in the hour. Talked to the kind lady over the phone, told her what I wanted and she nailed it. Mum loved them. Thank you so much.

Ordered flowers which were beautifully arranged and delivered on time. Requested a photo of the flowers before delivery and staff quickly got back to me. Very happy with my first order - will be ordering again!
Apparently the flowers were nice. Unfortunately they were not delivered on the Wednesday specified, despite being ordered on the Monday morning. When I emailed about this I got no response, and when I called, the lady who answered said she didn’t know anything but she would send a new bunch and get back to me as to what happened (so far, 5 days later, this has not happened). So although the flowers were apparently nice, there are many florists in Dunedin who will make a nice bunch of flowers that are actually delivered to the recipient. I wouldn’t order from them again.
Ordered flowers in Canada. Very simple process. Flowers were delivered when promised. The recipient said they were lovely.
