I visited to collect some hens to be rehomed. The owners were very busy at the time. It was my first visit and I was given confusing instructions about where I was meant to park my car and where and when I should pay for the birds. However, the owners are to be commended for making the hens available for rehoming. I don't eat eggs but I took 42 chickens home with me yesterday. Six for myself and the rest for friends.
