Brian answered straight away and a date and time arranged for delivery. He turned up on time and was a delight to deal with. I can't see why anyone else would have a problem, but there you go. Good quality wood and a good measure of it too. I will definitely use Firewood-Dunedin again.
Great service. Delivery was fast and wood is as described, dry and good burning. First time customer and will use again. Contacted The Woodshed 3 days ago and not impressed with their response. Just to busy to deal with us as a customer so gave Brian a try. Far better service.

Delivered 4 meters of wood, the guy was quizzing me about what model fire i had, handed me a piece of wood asked if i thought it was dry ( it was not dry ). I had my fire roaring and was happy to get some new fire wood, so i loaded up the fire with an arm load, the wood was wet enough it wouldn't burn unless fire at max. I call the man and inform him of the wet wood and he states he will collect it and refund asks when i am home and if anyone is there during the day, Not ideal i would rather have what i paid for but ok ill take that. 2 days later the wood is collected while i am at work and he claims it was not him knows nothing about it. A shame his white ute with a cage seen driving down my driveway Wednesday 27/05/2020, Police called, witness statements made, 1 star is too many for this criminal.
Great service, great wood, had 2 loads of dry macro so well set for winter. With all the trouble in the world these days is great to know you have good wood !!
