I go to Josh at Focus Physio because as a weight lifter it’s hard to find a physio that understands the mechanics of the movements that I do. Josh understands what I do, what muscles are involved and what I need to do to keep mobile and injury free. He pin points issues and resolves them quickly and I can’t recommend him enough. I travel from Wanaka to see him because he’s just that good.

I ordered two pairs of Lems zero drop shoes through Focus Physio. They're the only stockist of Lems in NZ and they were a pleasure to deal with. Communication was prompt and clear, and they were happy to ship to Wellington. I'll certainly be ordering with them again.
Thank you Focus Physio for rehabilitating my knee injury since August 2019. Though I have been a regular since Focus Physio started and have never been disappointed by their level of treatment and professionalism. I am a dancer and recently challenged myself by registering for an international dance competition. All thanks to the team at Focus physio for their amazing help and expertise since injuring my knee in August after a dance performance. The rehab provided by Focus has been nothing by helpful as I recently competed in my dance competition last week! Thank you Focus Physio!
Josh and his team offer a fantastic individualised service and go over and above for their clients. They have a great toolbox to help treat issues from many different angles which has always helped me get back to my activity quickly. Thanks for always fitting me in Josh!
Josh is a great physio that knows his stuff. Not only fixes problems but suggests exercises and solutions that will ensure you stay fixed in the long term. Highly recommended

Josh has treated me for a number of injuries. He has always done an awesome job at identifying the injury, the cause and following it up with a variety of successful treatments. Josh provides great explanations on the injury and his treatment methods. I would highly recommend Focus Physio.
Brilliant service! It was really helpful that Budiman is experienced in the gym and could understand the various exercises that I was talking about and he could relate very well.
