Great system. We have been impressed with how well it has worked. No moisture these days. Recommend anyone getting an HRV system. Warm and Dry! Servicing is automatic. Quick and efficient.

I was pretty skeptical about any benefits of an HRV system for us, being in a new house double glassed and fully insulated. However within an hour of it being installed I could feel the difference especially in the bedrooms which don't have any heating.t I was most impressed with the installer who did the whole job by himself in a matter of a a couple of hours. A pleasant young man who did a great job. I think the system is great value for money and we have had no condensation yet even though we have had some pretty cold weather. From being a skeptic I would now fully recommend HRV to anyone.

HRV sales person was very knowledgeable telling me what the system is for and what benefits I’d get. Didn’t over sell, didn’t over claim what it could do. Although it was difficult to fully picture how I was going to benefit I also trusted his judgement. The installation team were very professional and customer-care oriented, not your average tradie. Worked hard and finished on time without mess. The system is exactly as they described. It helps with moving air around the home, more even temperatures, using warm roof space air during the day, no condensation on the windows anymore. There is no wind or breeze to feel from the vents. Overall very happy I put my trust in HRV. We may in the future get ducted heating installed as well. HRV is designed to have this added on (unlike what was offered by DVS when they came to quote).
Product works very well but..... They will constantly hound you with phone calls. Had unit service in small well insulated house that heats very fast, guy that serviced unit was relentless in trying to sell us an expensive heat transfer system. Told him at least 5 times not interested and no point spending thousands when home heats easy and fast as is. Sold house still get regular phone calls saying I need a service after telling them I have moved 4 times now.

We previously had an HRV system in our old home and it was a no brainer to get one in this home and I am not disappointed its great to have clean air no condensation, they arrive on time tidy and fast. I highly recomend HRV
