The lovely folks at Humanimals very kindly offered to help a wee hedgeog our dog didn't get along with. I was afraid we'd have to put him out of his misery. Bless them! They even know a hedgehog rehab lady which made my day. Thank you!

Our pet needed to be seen urgently afterhours. Called the service to get a very rude lady on the phone. Interrupted sentences telling us to go to our own vet who I explained we had already called but couldn't see us. Told us there was nothing else they could do and hung up. Left me in a flood of tears. Will never go back there for anything!
Alistair is a brilliant Vet. Been visiting him with dogs for last 20years. Rushed a dog in that had been run over run over by car with broken hip which needed surgery, he made full recovery like new. They service we got was fantastic. The staff are all lovely and can tell they love animals. Get great advice and service every visit
I have been using the vets for over 18 years, always payed my bills. However my most recent visit was recommended there flea treatment, that it would help to eliminate fleas for 3 months, not told a price, until after my cat received a dose! 88 later! Um no thanks keep your 88 flea treatment, my cat still has fleas you'll be getting a call from me. Also unhappy about a few other things from some past experience and info I was given which was incorrect and we nearly had another dog put down because of the information given from the vets. Unhappy think it's time to spend our money elsewhere
