Took at least 10 mins to order, staff not overly worried and not engaging. Look like they're just fluffing around. Once we asked we got served and food came fast as they felt bad. It wasn't even very busy.
It's KFC, they did a good job with the order store is clean, a fair bit of a wait though not exactly fast food
30 minutes wait in the drivethrough just for them to forget my gravy and raw chicken
From a visitor of Dunedin point of view, no signage to get into drive thru stupid place to build a KFC really .. on such a dangerous and busy road

Walked out after not being acknowledged for a good couple of minutes. Shop not at all busy. People cleaning and fluffing with machines. Pathetic.
