Trista is the BEST! Trista is a great real estate agent and all round wonderful human. She knows her stuff and can be 100% trusted to make the process of selling your home as smooth as possible (and she will do all she can to get you the best price for your property). Her communication is great and she is really easy and pleasant to deal with. We will definitely be giving Trista a call when we sell again!

Hope Webb managed the sale of our property and did an excellent job - we were very satisfied It was a pleasure to deal with Hope Webb. She have proven to have all the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully sell our property. Her communication was excellent in every aspect of getting my house sold. She listened to our ideas and suggestions as well as proposing her own professional opinions and suggestions - and therefore we were on the same page as we move forward. This was very important to us as we live in another city and couldn't have personal conversations. She was pleasant and easy to communicate with. Hope was a tremendous help in organising the upgrade of the property - repainting, new carpet, new light fittings, new curtains, etc. She also organised the photography and staging. Hope was very professional in her approach and explained her sales plan in detail. She gave us a copy of her marketing schedule, showing dates and the event she planned for each date - this made it easy for us to follow the sale process to the end; including the auction via phone. Overall, we don't think we could've had a better real estate agent to sell our house. We're very pleased with the performance of Hope Webb and would recommend her to any prospective seller of real estate.
Great Experience all round!! We have experienced Geraldine as a buyer and a seller. As a buyer, herself and Peter were very helpful and informative about the property they were listing and were very accommodating when we wanted to revisit the house, had questions about the auction etc. They weren't pushy or overly in your face which I appreciated at the time and was a main reason why I contacted them to sell our property. As a seller, she was great to deal with, again, very informative and helpful. Easy to get in touch with and quick with communication and information. I appreciated Geraldine's honesty and calm demeanour, she knows her stuff and is happy to offer her opinion and advice but isn't pushy about making you take her advice, I found that extremely helpful when selling our house, especially with the current state of the market. She also does all the hard work for you, I felt like I didn't have to lift a finger to get our house sold. Geraldine managers to be accommodating and a pleasure to deal with from both sides of the sale, a line which I think is a hard one to walk and a rare quality to find in an agent. Thoroughly recommend!
Paul sold our house with in a two week period for great price using his excellent marketing skills. Paul is an excellent real estate agent with great communication skills. His knowledge of the local market is second to none! Paul came to our house to meet and discuss options to sell our house. He gave us very good information and advice as to the best plan for selling our house. Paul ran two open homes and gave the feedback required as to how the open homes went. We felt the whole process ran very smoothly with no problems and an excellent outcome.
Sale 44A and 46 Newport St We have known Paul for quite some time, but I started to know him when Peter asked him for his opinion on the deck at home. Paul did not hesitate to help. We trusted Paul first of all to sell the section at 44A Newport Street, which he did successfully. Then he sold 46 Newport Street not long after that. I have read his attractive advertisement and have seen the useful short video clip of the sale of the house for different types of purchasers. The open home on all occasions attracted many people. He dealt with both vendors and purchasers to my opinion in the right order of selling and acted quickly to keep in the mood of both purchasers and vendors. Besides, as vendors, we feel that Paul has acted for us in different task completion. This has helped relieve our pressure in getting all issues involved in the house sale, especially as there were tenants in it. In summary, we have found Paul to be efficient, thoughtful for both vendors and purchasers forthright with clear and correct messages. These excellent sale characters have enabled the house sale at 46 Newport Street to be most successful. Pariya I have found Paul to thorough in gathering all information necessary to fully inform potential purchasers, both to advise them of any issues, and to protect the vendor.
