The staff I encountered with yesterday afternoon was very rude. I was told to leave my handbag on the counter when I entered the shop but there were other costumers walking around with their own bags much bigger than mine and was accused of videoing with my phone. I don't know if it was a race thing as I'm not white but I just wanted to share this cos I feel really disrespected.

Limited stock and semi pricey BUT the customer service I always get from the lady in there makes it worth coming in. Extremely helpful and friendly and informative

So I popped in this morning... Lovely lovely lady in there... Very approachable... Very knowledgeable... Sold me one of the best products ever!! Can't recommend this shop enough.

Felt like I was being stared at and judged the whole time I was in the store, I was approached for assistance and when I told her I was just looking (because I was literally just having a browse) she wouldn’t leave it at that and gave me 21 questions, and then continued to stare at me the entire time I was in the store. I’ll just shop online next time.

Never again, the retail industry is about customer experience so why do you employ people who are rude and talk down to people. If the staff member who was on tonight doesn't like her job, resign!
