Try the eye fillet pork. Oh so nice. Either bake 20 mins 200C Or Slide Sharpe knife length 3/4 through. Stuff with mushrooms and backon garlic chopped. Season salt and pepper. Place in tin foil or on baking paper Bake 20mins at200c but have warm oven
