I recently got gas for the first time so went to rock gas, went in and explained that I’d like my bottle filled, not aware of the process etc, the young guy working there very rudely and abruptly told me to go get my bottle and put it over there.... without any customer service or care. So I left and went next door to genesis instead and have had great friendly service there. Months go by and I want to get a bottle filled but genesis gas is closed so I reluctantly go next door to rock gas... the lady there seems to be in a hurry and customer service once again leaves a lot to be desired. They seem to really not enjoy their jobs, seem to be under immense pressure and have no customer service. Hopefully they read this and understand that customer service matters to people! I will never recommend them and next time genesis is closed I’ll wait for them to open. Go to genesis people! Don’t waste your time with rock gas.
Great outfit to deal with. I can't comment on the delivery man as I'm never home at delivery time and I return home to find the invoice in the mail box and the new tank installed along with all gates remaining closed to secure my animals. Great service. Can't complain
I did my homework when we decided to convert to gas and this company were the best value. Lovely friendly staff and very helpful and also communication would be up there too. Would recommend to all A
