They provide a quote within a short period of time, but short notice when they decide to come and get job done. However, when I email them later on regarding the missed area, they sort it out and within an hour. Happy with the efficiency !!

Said they would quote in three weeks, seven weeks later they still have not given a quote. When we rang, they said we were "not a priority"! If they did not want the job they should have said at the beginning. What a bunch of time wasters. If we had not made a second phone call we would still be waiting.
