I Highly recomend Service Plus. Not only were they professional they also went above and beyound in their help and service in a Crisis situation. It is rare in this day and age to find not only service that is guaranteed highest quality. It rarer to find Service where the staff are passionate and care for the indervidual. Really cant speak highly enough of Service Plus 10 stars.

Paid 50 to have a screen protector removed for no reason and to wait two days to find out that the repair was non warrantable even though they probably already knew this when I dropped the device off. I received no notification that my phone was ready to be picked up. After two days I went back to the store to find that they had let me know my phone was ready via text - except they had sent the texts to the phone they were repairing! Genius. When I finally got my phone back and had already had a taster of their disappointing service, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that they had used all my data and credit. Maybe it’s time they invested in some wifi. Next time I’ll just fix it myself.
