Nice store, very open, well lit and clean. Friendly staff greetings as soon as you walk in. Unfortunately they made a mistake with my particular situation so I wouldn't go back to them again.

Recently purchased glasses from spec savers. I misunderstood the explanation of different coatings available. They replaced the glasses no questions asked. The service was great, the only thing I hated was the booking system with the long waiting time to be seen.

Rushed the eye exam. Not happy with the experience, pleasant staff but not doing the exam thoroughly means you get poor glasses. it was just after lockdown so maybe they have slowed down. I wont go there again. Cheaper for a reason.

Eye exam was great, but the frame choices are limited, I can hardly find one that suits my face. When I first went to collect my new specs that was fitted with prescription, it didn't fit my face well, I had to choose another one to remake - which is what I'm wearing now but it's still a little tight and uncomfortable on the sides of my head

I changed to Specsavers about 4-5 years ago after being a customer at a big chain store optometrist for well over 15 years, bcoz their prices were far too good - no need to pay upwards of 600 everytime I needed new specs. I cannot fault the staff here, I have never struck a bad or unhelpful staff member & they're always happy to help you readjust your glasses, tighten loose screws etc. The aftercare is great! I finally got around to going back to get my eyes checked again & had Jennifer as my optometrist - not only was she lovely, she was fantastic to deal with, friendly, more than helpful & really made me feel comfortable. Can't fault these guys :)
