5 star luxury dining in a brand new stellar restaurant. Yet with prices that are affordable for anyone. This place is special and does a rare kind of authentic Japanese chicken ramen you won't even find easily in Japan itself.

This place has quite mixed reviews. So here is my take on it. The Sushi, takoyaki are both good. My friends take on the curry was that is was okay. Not the best they had. In terms of the ramen there was allot of mixed views. I personally liked it but it is not what I consider ramen. As the noodles are straight and thin. I always thought ramen wad thickish curly noodles. I still enjoyed it nonetheless. Takoyaki was the best part on my opinion. Service was good. But sometimes the waiters misheard us which could me due to the building being to echoey. Fill up the place more with some sound breakers.. it would make the place a bit quieter and nicer. Also fill up empty spaces.

Probably the best ramen we had in NZ! Every detailed is done right just like in Japan, chicken ramen is somewhat rare even in Japan, it’s pretty bold of them to open a chicken only ramen restaurant here in Dunedin, very impressed, will be back back and wish them the best luck to keep it going!

Lovely interior of restaurant, artificial trees that were quite life like, beautifully placed table and chairs. I liked the style of the comfy chairs too. We were given baskets to place our bags in, instead of being placed on the very clean floor. Before the food came out, we were given hot towels rolled up, on a plate... to refresh ourselves. Ambience galore. We shared a variety of small plates. Mixed sashimi, edamame beans, spinach, tofu bites, and I had the vegetarian spicy ramen noodles, which was absolutely delicious Good friendly service too. An enjoyable dining experience, Arigato

I've been here multiple times & have always had a great experience. The staff are very lovely & take the time to make the restaurant feel authentic & welcoming. My favourite is the vegetable ramen with spicey broth which has just the right amount of spice. There are multiple things you can add to the ramen including menma & egg which are both very enjoyable & the decor includes a beautiful maple tree. I've also tried the Japanese curry which is mild & delicious (I recommend getting karaage included as it's a bit plain without it).

Beautiful and chill ambience with light slow jazz in the background. Will definitely come back when in Dunedin next time! Gochisousamadesu. Doumo Arigatou!

The price is ok, but the ramen is not tasteful as ramen should be. They have to make the soup ticker and creamy, the noodle just not ramen noodles, the texture is too soft. Anyway the service was good. Cozy place.
