They didn't have what I wanted in store so offered to get a sample in. Had a call the next day and they had sourced two in different colous. Went back in and the product was absolutely fantastic. NZ deerskin, soft and supple real leather, quality bill fold clip - couldn't be better! Both ladies I dealt with were friendly and helpful. My new 'go to' store for bags and related items.

Excellent selection of leather wares from different NZ brands. Bought several leather goods for a decent price. The price is worth the quality of the product. Staff were immensely helpful in assisting me and ny family. Will come back for more.

Without exception absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a retailer, a 600 satchel returned 5 times for the same issue, a faulty zip (incl 2 periods of 1 month). They say the right things in store e.g., we will get back to you tomorrow - (three weeks later) but they simply don’t. When you call them you get an at times contradictory stream of nonsense explanations for their inadequacy e.g., the manager has been in Canada, its been sent to the “unauthorized repairer”. The latest condescending response after waiting 4 weeks (to the same zip separated again) is to show me how to use a zip. Simply unbelievable.
