I offer private sessions at your home, to help you manage the symptoms of scoliosis, such as pain and muscle tightness. Private sessions are not just for people with scoliosis - they could also be for you if you want to - start a home yoga practice - add to your toolbox for managing a particular condition, such as arthritis, anxiety, depression, multiple sclerosis - just contact me and I'll see if we can work together. Cost: The first session is one to 1.5 hours long and is free. Subsequent sessions are $40 - 60 an hour on a sliding scale depending on what you can manage. Availability: Friday and Saturday What is involved? In the first session we will talk about what you need and see if I am the right teacher for you.
