As a professional with a young child, I hadn't thought of using Student Accommodation to find us a home. Paul and Tasi's property portfolio had plenty of warm, dry & clean properties to chose from. They made the whole process of moving to Dunedin easy.

Absolutely the worst property managers in Dunedin. Will never return a calls no matter the time of year, and forget about trying to get anything in the property fixed. Spent a large portion of the year with a leaky roof, and a light switch that would shock you. Tasi always seemed to be on holiday and would never be available. All he cared about was signing the flat and after that seemed to disappear. Do NOT sign with these jokers!!!
Paul is a busy man but if you communicate with him he is very helpful and accomodating.
