Rick, dont walk around like theres water melons under your arms, clicking your pen every 2 seconds like you're looking for some action. It makes people uneasy, cut it out or go be a screw at the milton hilton. Cheers for letting practising nurses stab the hell out of me trying to get a blood sample, THEN giving me the bit of paper to sign saying its ok to do so. Had a breakdown and said i needed to talk to someone, no one showed up. Mental health care in this country is screwed. Wouldnt feed the food to my dog either. Other than that, thanks for the help.
Came here for a couple weeks for a winter getaway. Was not disappointed! Outstanding service from the gourmet dining in to the karaoke lounge room classes. If you are visiting Dunedin this is the place to stay! Luxurious bedding, breakfast in bed and they even have a a tennis court. There’s no time for boredom at the Wakari resort; if your not out shooting hoops or taking a piss there’s a huge selection of essential oils to smell at the reception area. If I haven’t convinced you yet picture yourself in front of a flat screen tv relaxing to informercials, creating masterpieces in the spacious art area or cigarette but collecting in the beautiful gardens with your new friends. This place truly has it all
Staff seem mainly nice but some are very unprofessional. Been three occasions that a person I know has been given the incorrect medication and they don't seem to keep a very close watch on their patients in ward 9C. Took them over an hour to notice someone had run away when they were supposed to be detained under the mental health act.
One of the worst restaurants I've ever had the misfortune to visit. There was no maitre'd so we had to find a table ourselves. There was nobody to pull our chairs out or take our coat, and there wasn't even a menu on the table. I don't know if they even have a sommelier, but we were unable to find the wine list. The food on offer is quite 'earthy' and 'uncomplicated' - think workplace canteen and you're not too wide of the mark. We opted for lasagne, which was served with potato chips. The lasagne was stodgy and dried out, and the chips were definitely out of the freezer. To cap it all, were ejected for attempting to smoke an after dinner cigar. Very disappointing, would not visit again.
