Single handlely the absolutle worst company i have honestly ever dealt with. The accounting team must be run by a team of blind toddlers. Have spent hours and hours many many times, as has my mother who also has a bin, having to track down payments they constantly lose track of and have over charged us more than once and we had to bend over backwards with the proof before they accepted they are wrong. Also when ringing to try sort things, the phone disconnects often. Got a call today that I owe them again. I paid and have receipts for being paid right up until September this year AND I have credit on my account it says. What a joke. ALSO they don't pick up your bin every now and then, and when you contact management you literally never hear from them. Bad bad bad. The paper should do an expose on your company.

They never look after their customers. Very bad management team. They just don't care. I have arrange the skip can be pick it one day early. The calling service said let driver give me a call but They never did. Because them I have to delay the work. They just not good service at all. That is so sad.

Terrible customer service. Charged me for a year's worth when set up monthly , now charged me 2x months instead of one month... Also took 3 days to email me back. Had to call them to follow up what was happening, and it still hadn't been dealt with.

Our wheelie bin was not emptied with no reason given and all the other bins from this company in the street had been emptied .After phoning them to obviously a national call centre ,I was informed that it would not be emptied until Monday leaving the bin full with no where for anymore rubbish to go .I was transferred and put on hold 6 times when I asked to speak to Dunedin Operations Management I was told they would phone me back .I said if I have not heard from them within 20 minutes the next call they would receive from me would be to cancel the service .It has now been 1 hour and still no call .Just setting up new Account from Envirowaste now.When you are paying 286.00 per year for a weekly service you would expect it to be collected on time.

Just wanted my wheelie bin emptied, driver is LAZY and refuses to drive down my street because it upsetts his run. My neighbor has to take there bin two houses away because LAZY man won't pickup outside their house Don't Recommend this company

Would give lower stars if I could. Absolutely shocking customer service. Bin was not collected 4 weeks in a row from the moment I signed with the service. The call center is unhelpful, transferring calls to hold only to hang up after 5 minutes. Lies about reasons for not collecting such as access issues and bin not being put in the right place when there are no access issues at all. Do not waste your time or money with the company.

What Waste of my Management. I strongly urge anyone to not use this company. when I canceled my service after many many issues the refuse to refund me my 260 they say I owe them and that I haven't paid for my service. Off to the tribunal just to get my refund. Customer service is shockingly bad the driver is arrogant. Please the reviews are 100% accurate on how waste management works it all bad at every part of this company. You Have Been Warned !

Absolutely appalling wheelie bin service. I would give them 0 stars if I could. We were using them for only 2 months and they kept telling us our bin wasn't accessible and not emptying it. We live on a busy road. When we organized for them to come back and empty the friggin bin they said it wasn't even out on the street. Seriously. Judging by the rest of these reviews I'm surprised they are even still operating.
