Had an elderly cat with this veterinarian service, rang in early evening as cat very unwell. The answer service contacted duty vet, we received a txt message saying take him to "After hours vet" in CHCH. Sadly our Dudley cat had to put to sleep. Spoke to Manager re our displeasure and received no apology and in fact he threatened legal action if we published anything. We have taken our Tilley cat to another vet service. Would never recommend them to anyone
