Traded my car and bought a used Toyota Vitz. The Salesperson Greg and Finance lady Chrisy were amazing to deal with. Wish the same could be said for the service department. I upgraded the used car to a three year extended warranty, and paid extra for a full service and extra for warranty check. When my car was not ready the day promised, or the day after, I called the service department to be informed that they would not talk to me about the car as I was not the owner! - After many calls and threats from me, we finally took delivery of the car. I have no idea what the service department did for my 500 as no paper work was provided. I have seen better run kindergartens than this service department-- My advice is if you want to buy a car see Greg - If you want your car serviced take it somewhere more professional, and get it done by people who actually know the meaning of the word service. If you need to buy a new toyota come see the team! not just because the showroom is new, the amazing customer service, wonderful team make purhasing a car couldnt be more easier. Service Department Had a drive belt replaced and fog lights adjusted, despite being under pressure Toyota’s service dept booked it in midday Friday and after a slight communicative mishap on Saturday I was able to pick the car up outside of normal hours (huge thanks to Alan). Having been around a bit I’m confident saying pricing is reasonable for what they’re selling. If you went here looking for a cheap option you may have missed the point, which is quality dependable workmanship and genuine parts. I have certainly paid more for less in the past. Have read preceding reviews and can only guess some are attributable to teething problems given the workshops two years young, as for the occasional pricing complaint you get what you pay for, I value quality work at midrange pricing as was delivered by this team.

Went in initially for a recall service. Decided to get general service done a few months later. Returned yet again for WOF. The service and parts team are great people. Prices are reasonable. The showroom environment is one of the best for any dealership. Not a Toyota person at all, but it’s people and the service like these that makes you wonder if a brand new Toyota from Botany should be next on the list

"Mr-under-promise-&-over-deliver" kept us informed & updated about it's shipping, arrival, port release & availability, then he told us it was ready for pick 2 days earlier than anticipated!
