Excellent customer service and very competitive pricing at Specsavers Audiology in Botany! My mum found the high cost of hearing aids quite prohibitive so she struggled with poor hearing for some time. Fortunately, we learned about Specsavers Audiology. The hearing aid for my mum's hearing loss was significantly cheaper and had more functionality than that of the leading competitor where we went to first. More importantly, the audiologist was very professional, caring and attentive. She explained everything to my mum patiently, did a follow up call and appointment to check up on her, free of charge. Highly recommended!

So just had my flatmate come back from your shop. She has broken her glasses (which she got from opsm) and just wanted some new frames. She had her prescription with her. You tried to upsell her an eye test because you do "different tests" and wouldn't proceed without it! What on God green earth... Spec Savers! A prescription is a prescription. Do your damn job. I'm glad she ditched and went to Opsm. That's terrible customer service.

Visited 1st day of level 2. This store was done a fantastic job. They make sure everything is good and safety for their customers. Optometrist Vanessa is amazing and surprise me. She present professional and friendly, explain everything in details and clearly. Highly recommended!

Great experience with Columba Park, the audiologist at Specsavers Botany. She couldn't gave taken more trouble to get my hearing aids adjusted and comfortable. The fact that they charge 500 extra for rechargeables where I was quoted 1000 elsewhere epitomises the overcharging that has gone on for far too long. Thanks Specsavers for bringing hearing aids prices down to a reasonable level, about time!
