The lack of communication between managers is appalling. A simple request turning into a total nightmare. The staff lacked total training on "afterpay" The actions of the manager and what he did I will not mention here. Patrick, it is disappointing to have to follow through twice to no avail ??my letter of apology cleary is not forthcoming. This adds insult to injury.

Pretty rude staff, I was trying to return something because some lady gave me the wrong item when I said I wanted a another item which she hands me the wrong one, so I come back to return it and they wouldn't let me.
