Went to the botany branch "TJ Hand Crafted". Sold a handful of unwanted/broken jewelry. Was completely shocked at the price they offered for my jewelry, I was offered nearly half the price for them by Gold Smart. You will get the best value for your precious metals. 100% recommended, quick and very easy process.

I took my item to the Gold ATM machine at Henderson Mall , was made an offer , which I accepted and gave my bank details etc to get payment. I did not receive INSTANT PAYMENT to my account. I waited 6hours and then received an email saying it was gold plated and they would not honour the agreement , for which their machine conveniently did not issue me a receipt for as offered and requested. It says clearly that their machine is 100% accurate and uses top of the line equipment etc. GUARANTEED ACCURACY. I attempted to contact for an explanation and was hung up on twice after being yelled at to pick my ITEMS up tomoro when staff are there. I only left one item with the machine and when asked , the representative became defensive and was unable to even tell me what it was I left with them. SCAM ARTISTS , BEWARE.

All of the reviews say that this company pays a fair price and pays promptly. My experience is very different! Firstly the machine offered me a very low offer and when I rejected it it came back with a 50% increase, so please do your research on the value of your gold before trusting that their offer will be fair unless challenged! Secondly I have been waiting 24hrs for the payment to be made I have spoken to Gold ATM twice now firstly I was told that the payment is made instantly and it is over to my banks processing times which would be in the morning. The morning has been and gone and I have contacted them again and they said don’t worry the payment will be made within the hour. Still no payment received! It is very disconcerting putting your valuable items into a machine and finally being told the receipt machine isn’t working so you have no proof of making the deposit and still no payment received for your property. I would be very cautious recommending anybody use this service. It may seem convenient but not when your funds don’t turn up!
