Great online communication and easy transaction, we purchased a dog deterrent and are hopeful it will sort our garden destruction out. The device is simple to set up and seems to have an effect on smaller dogs. Time will tell.

Bought 4 CatFree units for our garden, to keep our cats in.....they do the job well when they are working - which is unfortunately not much of the time. Put in good quality batteries, and they still just stop working. I have sent all 4 units back, 2 of them for a second time. Sent them all back again and asked for a refund under the Consumers Guarantee Act only to receive 4 units back and only 1 being a new replacement. I'm seriously out of pocket (over 350). Poor service and unwilling to refund, even though they have an obligation to do so. Not happy.
