Skip Bus is a great reinvention of NZ's bus services. I am not sure why people are rating them so poorly. The service is excellent. 7 fares are practical & make for an inexpensive and convenient way to get to the Auckland airport without paying for parking and fuel. You are allowed to eat & drink on this bus. From Hamilton I got to the airport in 1.5 hours Highly recommend

Outrageous service on board from the driver. Never had such a rude driver. Publically embarrassed over the speaker on the bus for not having my belt on quick enough.. I had just switched seats and we had even started moving yet. Referred to as "the girl at the back making excuses"... Now sitting on a bus to whangarei crying, feeling embarrassed, being stared at by other passengers.

Unprofessional customer service. Told me to use the bus ticket I bought in a technical error or 'loose' it. Lose is the correct spelling, but apart from the poor spelling the response was rude. Also 'cheers' is a bit inappropriate to end a professional email. Wouldn't risk traveling on this service. Stick to Intercity. Hopefully they will train their team better for the future.

Am sitting in Hamilton right now and have been for 2 1/2 hours waiting tor the 8pm Auckland bus!!!. Website says nothing of delays and I can't login to the App. First and absolute last time ever with Skip, utter garbage.

I took the bus from Taupo to Auckland recently. Great service except for the driver. She was curt to the point of being rude! No one was told to use seat belts by driver...tourists on the bus wouldn't nesc.have known to do this. She never welcomed people onboard. She was looking at and swiping her mobile phone while driving. She ran 2 orange light...both going red as she went through!! no help getting our bags off the bus...mine was right at the back which meant crawling right into baggage compartment on my hand and knees...I am 60...it was as struggle. I rang to discuss the issues and asked for a follow up call...didnt have the courtesy to do this.

When I was booking a ticket online it says that ,the bus has free wifi. But, When I went to bus the driver said no wifi in the bus. And bus was late as well.And they charge extra 2 dollars booking fee. I paid 25 dollars fro Rotorua to hamilton Its worst then Intercity
