Genuinely the most impressive team I have dealt with at any car dealership over the years. Cannot fault anything they do. Every time I go in to the dealership I am made to feel very welcome, and definitely feel like a valued client. The team there have the perfect balance of professionalism, mixed with a laid back, fun attitude. They are very knowledgeable and I know my MINI is in the best possible hands for servicing.

I have had two issues with Mini. First was that there is white marks, fade on the rubber seals and plastics of the car. The sales rep I spoke too was not interested and just said to give it a clean, when I told him I had he just said I don’t know what it is, then walked away. Very bad service. The next issue was a leak from the aircon unit (I was aware of the wet floors). The service lady I spoke too was excellent, informed me what the issue was, explained time lines. Cannot speak highly enough of her.
