I have recently spent over 1000 in this store and I'd like to share how awful the service is. Below are my advice to consumers: 1. If you do not wear like rich, they will probably tell you that if you do't want buy it, there is no point to try it on. 2. Do not try to exchange or refund shoes once you buy it. I spent 500 on shoes,after 1 day I found the size is not suitable, I don't need refund, but they refused to exchange. I will try to contact some departments to see if they can deal with this case. I wish this store is still opening in next few years. Good luck to the owner.
