I was so pleased to be able to bring the dog in with me! She was given (after I was asked if she was allowed) treats and showed off a few tricks. A great social experience for her. Great prices and I'm always amazed that the staff know exactly where everything is.

The team are so helpful and Ben (Sales Manager) is so efficient. I text him with an order for a job and has it organised same day everytime. Goes above and beyond to make sure you as the customer are satisfied. Great place to deal with :)

Very friendly helpful staff. I was a bit disappointed the male staff member wasn’t able to assess my needs outside the building, but did understand they had a steady flow of customers. He did loan me his tape measure however. Because i didn’t have the skill ok to assess the job, I came away with nothing to fix the issue however. He did make a suggestion where I could go to get someone to do it for me tho, so all good. I’m still going to do the job myself if I can tho
