Social distancing has been marked with tape on the floor. The newly painted walls and shop fittings will be added to as time goes by I am sure. The staff must have worked very hard to get the place ready to open. I have a concern that there are fewer carparks on the street outside this location.

Hi Kylie, sorry to hear we were unable to fit in an appointment for you. Unfortunately we are unable to make appointments after 3pm in the afternoon. Very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I wanted to set a bank account appointment and was unwilling to work with me to meet at a time that would suit me after 3pm as I finish work then.
i visit this post shop daily and besides the wait (which can be awhile sometimes) i have never had a problem with the service or treatment ive received, Tania and the crew offer bloody good banter. i like being called "lovely" just saying. A for service
As a former employee I understand how frustrating it must be having to wait in a queue but there is still no need to take it out on the employees. They work so damn hard and try their best to satisfy every customer. It does get hard keeping a friendly attitude after constantly being abused all day by customers. But they do try their hardest and are sympathetic knowing how long some people have to wait.
Like others if zero stars was an option that would be my choice. Customers should not leave feeling uncomfortable. A very unpleasant visit; staff were rude, too busy having their own conversations, making snide comments behind the counter and what seemed to be ‘personal jokes’. Some customer service training would go a long way in this establishment. Is this not meant to be friendly Feilding?
Queues 3 tellers rarely all serving Wait..... Get to counter. Teller refuses to sell postage for envelopes bought the previous day. Referred to surly man, allegedly the owner owner
