I sent an enquiry via the website and got a call and service repair all within 48 hours from Dion in Feilding who did an excellent job with our garage door repair and he and his assistant were very polite and friendly. It was a very reasonable invoice too. Faultless job and customer service received.

Sent an enquiry via email and called via phone two months ago to order some parts for my door. Josh stated that he’s going to order them and send the payment detail to my email address but I receive nothing after two months. I call them continuously every week to ask for a call back but still no reply. Shocking customer service.
Very good service and reasonable pricing. The staff tried their best to correct my old door opener about 20 years old, but couldn’t as it was working erratic . Not money minded people as they could have straight away put in a new opener without trying anything on my old opener . Then I went in for a new opener and got it installed in less than an hour. works smoothly. I am happy with my new Merlin door opener :)
