Fabulous company to deal with. Each time I have ordered Ink I hear back within a couple of hours telling me my item has shipped. Always arrives the next day or day after regardless of being in the South and a rural address. Excellent. Thoroughly recommend Ink Direct. Thanks for being a pleasure to deal with.

I have just received a package of printer inks from Ink Direct. Only ordered it yesterday and there it was, on my front doorstep this morning! Very impressive service. I have been buying my printer inks from him for at least 8 years now and found him to be unfailingly courteous and helpful. He even helped me out yesterday with the issue I had with an old Brother printer which failed to get 'reconnected' when my pc froze and I had to get everything 'reloaded.'. Kevin explained how this may have happened, given the time-frame I gave him then emailed me a link which just may get that printer back 'talking' to my pc. (Haven't tried it yet but am very hopeful). I agree, the shipping of the ink was very quick unfortunately the quality of the ink I have received is terrible and I cannot get a response from them to rectify it. Very disappointed. I will have to find another supplier to get ink which keeps working.
If you want ink in a hurry, this is the place to come. Ordered ink Monday for delivery to Auckland and arrived before 9am on Tuesday. Thoroughly recommend.
WOW, these guys are great, I ordered a pack of ink for my printer yesterday morning, ten am today it arrived, great service. Definitely will be a regular customer, well done guys.
