Don't Believe the promises. Expect NOT to get ANYTHING on time! My shed was 4 months late. They installed cheap flimsy roller doors that didn't comply and had no wind rating. See video. They insisted they were fine! Blamed the Fair Dinkum Design Suite software. The company that drew the plans EVENTUALLY conceded they were wrong! Replaced with proper industrial doors. The building team foreman is great. The owner less so. . Was yelled at when asked why the builders weren't on site when they should have been. Make sure you have a lawyer look over your contract and include a 'late' penalty! DON'T make any payment for goods (ie: the kitset) until you have it delivered on YOUR property. Don't make the final payment until it has passed Code of Compliance, irrespective of what their contract says or what they tell you. Love my shed but what a truly painful experience getting it! :(
