Big corporate bullies. Dr Stella left me feeling terrible about myself. I was charged 472 for a consultation over the phone and had been advised I was covered by private health insurance. I have since been harassed by them and credit consultants to pay! Since March 2020 I have been bullied by these corporations. I wish I had done more research before seeing this Dr. Unprofessional and terrible service.

Terrible customer service. You have to call and leave a message if you want to speak to anyone and request a call back. They also always call on no caller ID so it's difficult too know when they are trying to get in contact. I had a misunderstanding with a booking and dealt someone rude who wasn't willing to empathies or listen to what I was trying to say. I do not recommend.

Terrible customer service. Not ever able to speak to someone directly on the phone, must leave a message for you to call them back. We dealt with four different nurses and there was no communication between them, each time having to explain our story again. When we finally managed to book in they booked us in for totally the wrong appointment which was challenging as we have to travel from out of town. Definitely would not recommend.

Hopeless at answering their phone. Not good at patient follow up. My husband had a test there two months ago & we have tried several times to get access to the results for his Doctor. It took 6-7 phone calls and email before they actually sent them. This service is too expensive for such a poor customer experience.
